A Chester County developer is pitching a plan for a 52-acre mixed-use development in the Hershey area that will include housing, restaurants and shops.
DP Partners presented a sketch plan to the Derry Township board of supervisors on Tuesday evening for The Grove at Hershey to be located on Middletown Road between Wood Road and Grove Street.
