HERSHEY, Pa. (WHTM) — Penn State Health is offering free neck and head cancer screening later this month.
The screenings will be held between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. April 22 at the University Physicians Center at 200 Campus Drive in Hershey.
Penn State provided a list of questions for those considering to get screened and said if you answer “yes” to any of them then the screening could be for you:
- Do you smoke, vape, chew tobacco or betel nut products?
- Do you have a sore in your mouth?
- Have you had a sore throat that lasted more than two weeks?
- Have you had a hoarse voice for more than two to three weeks?
- Do you have trouble swallowing or feel like something is stuck in your throat?
- Do you have a painless growth or swelling in your neck?
- Do you have persistent ear pain?
