YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Manchester Township Parks and Recreation said they are working on slowing down a growing trend in their parks.
On Thursday, the department posted a video of two kids on an e-bike, driving across the sidewalk of a playground at Cousler Park and into the parking lot, narrowly missing a car.
