Pa. man found guilty of killing Dauphin County native 10 years ago

WILLIAMSPORT — A Lycoming County man has been found guilty of killing a Dauphin County native on a Williamsport street 10 years ago.

A jury of seven women and five men deliberated more than four hours on Wednesday before finding Dawud M. Rogers, 44, of Williamsport, guilty of first-degree murder.

Lycoming County Judge William P. Carlucci deferred sentencing until May 20 although the automatic penalty is life in prison without parole. Rogers remains jailed without bail…
