Police in York County are asking the public for help after a person threw a malnourished dog out of a truck window and drove away.
Just before 1:30 p.m. on April 26, Northern York County Regional Police were dispatched to the first block of North Main Street in Dover for the incident.
A witness said a male in a black Chevrolet pickup truck slowed down, threw the dog out of the window and continued to drive north.
The witness retrieved the dog, a female Golden Retriever-type, now known as “Goldie,” and called 911…
