LATIMORE, Pa. — A FedEx delivery driver has been accused of trying to lure a 16-year-old Adams County girl into his truck last month, State Police claim in charging documents.
Luis Hernandez Martinez, 37, of York, was charged following an investigation of the victim’s claims by State Police.
The girl reported she was walking home from Latimore Park and was at the intersection of Pondtown Road and Braggtown Road on the evening of April 1 when she was approached by a man driving a FedEx truck.
