A one-time substance abuse counselor has pleaded guilty to a felony charge of providing a friend with drugs that led to his fatal overdose in December 2024.
According to terms of the plea, prosecutors and the defense have agreed Samantha K. Pack must serve a minimum six-year term in state prison.
