Cumberland County police officer charged with DUI, asks cops: ‘Are you for real?’

A West Shore Regional police officer refused a blood draw and field sobriety test when he was pulled over under suspicion of DUI last year, court documents show.

Raleigh Sirb’s eyes were glassy and bloodshot, his speech was slurred, and there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from his white Hyundai Sante Fe when he was pulled over on Oct. 27, 2025, in Lower Allen Township, police said.

Sirb, 29, of Camp Hill, was charged on Nov. 3 with DUI, a misdemeanor, and failure to drive within a lane, a summary offense…
