Memorial Day honors the lives of those killed during their time serving in the U.S. military. This year, the holiday falls on Monday, May 25, and several organizations and associations across central Pennsylvania are hosting events to honor those lives.
Parades, military ceremonies and other events are among the things scheduled. Following are events being held in Adams, Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, Lebanon, York and Perry counties.
