(BCN) — A Union City woman was arrested after allegedly selling alcohol without permits at Lake Merritt following a monthlong investigation by the Oakland Police Department and the city’s Economic & Workforce Development Department.
Police said officers first contacted the woman on June 19 after investigating reports of an unlicensed mobile alcohol vendor at 599 El Embarcadero.
