ALAMO, CALIFORNIA – A longtime Alamo dining spot has new owners, a new menu and a new identity — and local diners are beginning to take notice.
The Courtyard Restaurant opened at 3195 Danville Blvd. in April, immediately replacing The Peasant’s Courtyard after nearly 17 years under its previous operator. We visited on the first day of the changeover, but not much had changed yet.
Now that the new owners have had several months to introduce their own food and expand the restaurant’s service, the early response from the community appears increasingly enthusiastic.
