More than 12,000 customers in East Contra Costa County lost power on Monday night, according to Pacific Gas and Electric Co.’s online outage map.

The utility’s map showed the power was out for much of Bay Point and parts of Pittsburg, beginning at around 8:20 p.m.
By 10:30 p.m., power was restored, except for a small pocket in Bay Point.
