(KRON) — A Fremont resident is recovering from severe brain injuries, skull fractures and rib fractures following an altercation outside her home on Sept. 30.
Elsei Arling was hospitalized for seven days after a neighbor snatched her phone and threw her to the pavement at approximately 7:30 p.m.
The attack was captured on home security footage from Arling’s residence. Arling, who works in hospice care, returned home on a Saturday after being treated in an intensive care unit. She sustained lower-body trauma and multiple concussions as a result of the violent encounter…
