Vallejo police said they arrested two suspects in a series of thefts targeting motorists at red lights and parking lots.
The masked thieves shattered the front passenger window and stole bags from a woman stopped at a light at Redwood Street and Sonoma Boulevard before fleeing in a white Honda Accord on Wednesday, according to the Vallejo Police Department. Another victim reported a similar burglary Wednesday near Redwood Street and Admiral Callaghan Lane, police said.
A third victim reported that a thief opened her passenger door, stole her purse and ran back to a white Honda near Springs Road and Oakwood Avenue on Wednesday, police said.
