A San Francisco woman died Saturday after incurring a head injury at Palisades Tahoe ski resort, officials said.
At approximately 3:45 p.m., a skier “sustained a head injury” on terrain accessed from the KT-22 chairlift, Palisades Tahoe spokesperson Maddy Condon said in a statement.
