Two vets from fine dining restaurant Sorrel debuted their plans for two new Ferry Building projects. Chef Alex Hong and operations director Joel Wilkerson will open Parachute — helmed by executive pastry chef Nasir Zainulabadinand — and Arquet Restaurant in the iconic landmark building this June.
