Restaurateurs Behind Sorrel Bringing a Bakery to the Ferry Building

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the restaurateurs behind the Michelin-starred concept Sorrel are readying to debut a bakery in the Embarcadero.

Coming to the Ferry Building, taking over a space formerly home to Slanted Door, Parachute will land near establishments such as Cholita Linda, Fort Point Beer Company, and Señor Sisig.

“We’re excited to open our doors and be part of the Ferry Building’s next chapter,” the co-owners share in an announcement, the Journal reports. They add, “We love San Francisco — it’s a city that has shaped our careers and inspired so much of what we do.”…
