The Brentwood Police Department is investigating an attempted robbery that resulted in shots fired Sunday at a smoke shop in the City of Brentwood.
According to preliminary information, police responded to a report of a subject who entered the Smoke Shop just after 12:00 pm in the 6700 block of Lone Tree Way and attempted to rob the store. Details have not been released about what transpired inside, however, at least one shot was fired and the subject fled the scene in a vehicle. No injuries were reported, however, the store is temporary closed while police are investigating the incident.
