Prosecutors and family members of Kathleen Noble said Monday that they will fight parole suitability for the man convicted of her 1989 murder.
San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe told KQED that Mark Hensley, 55, still constitutes a risk to public safety 23 years after his conviction. Hensley was found suitable for parole on Friday.
