Fire, set on Highland with “organic” material, extinguished quickly.
A man was arrested for arson on August 30 in Piedmont after lighting what was called “organic material” on fire. The fire was stomped out quickly before authorities arrived.
The suspect was described in the police log as a white male with a buzz cut and a medium length beard wearing all black.
