Police arrest suspect in connection with series of storage unit thefts in Pleasanton

(KRON) — Pleasanton police followed up on a series of storage unit break-ins, the Pleasanton Police Department (PPD) wrote in a statement on social media on Tuesday.

During the investigation, detectives served a search warrant at a residence in Castro Valley. PPD officers reported finding numerous stolen and suspected stolen items at the residence.

Authorities arrested a 44-year-old man and booked him into Alameda County jail on charges related to the burglaries, according to PPD. The suspect’s name was not released.
