A fire was reported near the entrance of the Central Avenue exit of Interstate Highway 580 in Richmond on Sunday afternoon, said California Highway Patrol officials
There were reports of smoke under the Central Avenue off-ramp located next to the tracks where Amtrak and several cargo trains run at approximately 1:11 p.m.
