Construction begins on Oakland Alameda Access Project

Construction has started on the Oakland Alameda Access Project, marking the beginning of major improvements to traffic flow between Oakland and Alameda. Work is now underway on the Oak Street off-ramp, along Oak Street, and at the intersection of Jackson Street and 5th Street. Current traffic impacts are minimal.
