A Washington state man visiting San Jose for the Super Bowl was arrested on suspicion of shooting six people during an alleged altercation outside a business, San Jose police said.
Police suspected Tyrone Asphy of Federal Way, Wash., of shooting a group of people after an argument broke out between two groups outside a business on the night of Feb. 8.
Police who responded to the scene that night said four victims were hospitalized for treatment, one victim self-transported to a local hospital and another was treated at the scene. All suffered non-life-threatening injuries, but the suspect fled the scene…
