One of the Bay Area’s buzziest pop-ups has landed a permanent home. Chef Kevin Tang’s Southern Vietnamese operation Claws of Mantis (opens in new tab) will alight at the former Outer Orbit space at 3215 Mission St. as the food partner for wine club Fat Cat (opens in new tab), another pop-up that’s making the move to brick-and-mortar.
“We’re roomies because it’s so damn expensive out here,” Tang said. “Hopefully, we really grow into the space.”…
