Officers in Mill Valley arrested a 29-year-old man earlier this week after officers responding to a late-night noise complaint found that he had done some damage inside a local church, police said.
Officers were dispatched around 11:20 p.m. Tuesday to the area of Oakdale and West Blithedale avenues, where they found an unoccupied vehicle parked in the roadway with its engine running and loud music playing, the Mill Valley Police Department said.
