A beloved Danville bowling alley that shuttered after 60 years is slated to be redeveloped into condos near the town’s downtown.
The Address Co., a San Ramon-based developer, plans to begin demolishing the Danville Bowl later this year, with construction on new homes to start early next year. The town approved the project late last year.
Called “The Lanes” as a nod to the site’s history, the project will bring 47 three-story condominiums spread across six buildings.
