(KRON)– A driver is in jail after allegedly pointing a gun at another driver during a road rage incident on Interstate I-880 in early April.
On April 8, 2026, around 7:15 p.m., officers got reports of a road rage incident where the suspect allegedly waved a firearm at the victim on the southbound I-880, near Brush Street in Oakland.

After investigating, officers identified the suspect and conducted a traffic stop on April 24, 2026, during which they took the suspect into custody. Officers also recovered multiple firearms from the suspect’s house.
