Bailee Ann DeFord, daughter of country singer Jelly Roll, has spoken out amid public speculation surrounding her father’s recent divorce from Bunnie XO.
During a TikTok Live session on July 19, the 18-year-old strongly defended her father and expressed frustration over the intense scrutiny their family has faced. “Don’t y’all ever come for my father’s name like that again.
I’m so done,” she declared. She went on to demand privacy, saying, “Get the f–k out of my DMs, out of my comments, my life with that s–t.
I don’t care. I don’t want to talk about it.”
Bailee also stood by both Jelly Roll and Bunnie, who have maintained that infidelity was not a factor in their separation. However, she hinted that the truth behind the divorce would be unexpected.
“Y’all have no f–king idea what happened, and wait ’till y’all find out. Just f–king wait,” she said.
“Because I promise y’all, the view of what y’all have of not only the situation, but their relationship and the internet in totality is about to f–king crumble the day that I open my mouth.”
She emphasized that outsiders don’t know the full story, adding, “It’s not a difference in f–king opinions. Nobody else lived in it, so don’t f–king even. I’m for real so done.”
This is not the first time Bailee has addressed the family’s personal matters publicly. Following news of the divorce in May, she criticized fans for their intrusive interest, calling it “disgusting” and urging people to “worry ‘bout your house-not mine.”
Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO’s relationship began after she attended one of his shows at Las Vegas’ Country Saloon in 2015. The couple married on August 31, 2016, in a Las Vegas courthouse, following a surprise proposal on stage. They renewed their vows at the same chapel in 2023 to mark their seventh anniversary.
Though they share no biological children, the pair have openly discussed their IVF journey and intend to continue it despite the divorce. Jelly Roll is also a father to Bailee, with his ex Felicia Beckwith, and to his son Noah Buddy, with Melisa Ann Cowell.
