The breach occurred during the night between Wednesday and Thursday last week, according to officials. The government detected the intrusion on Thursday, promptly took the affected system offline, and implemented measures to safeguard the data.
Authorities have confirmed that there is no evidence any information was altered or deleted during the incident.
