A 33-year-old Seattle man named David Crowe was arrested for loitering outside Taylor Swift’s home in Tribeca, New York for the second time in three days. He was charged with two counts each of harassment and stalking after being picked up near the building at around 6:15 p.m. on Monday. The first incident occurred on Saturday when Crowe attempted to open the door of Swift’s home, resulting in his arrest for failure to answer a 2015 summons.

On Monday, a member of Swift’s security team spotted Crowe outside her Franklin Street home at around 3 p.m., although he did not make an attempt to enter. Security contacted the police, and three hours later, when Crowe was seen harassing multiple people on the street, he was taken into custody. It does not appear that Swift was at her home during this time, as flight records show she traveled from Buffalo to New York City on Sunday evening to watch her boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs, and then left for Nashville, Tennessee on Monday.

Crowe’s behavior is not an isolated incident, as there have been other people who repeatedly hang around Swift’s property over the years. A photo that accompanies the article shows Taylor Swift arriving at Highmark Stadium to watch an NFL AFC division playoff football game between the Buffalo Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs.
