Taylor Swift’s stalker has been arrested for the third time after he was caught creeping around her New York City home. David Crowe was seen smoking a cigarette near a McDonald’s just a couple of blocks away from Taylor’s townhouse. Witnesses say he eventually made his way back to her place, prompting someone in the neighborhood to call 911. Police arrived and arrested Crowe on a criminal contempt charge, as an order of protection had been issued during his arraignment earlier that day on charges of harassment and stalking.

This is not the first time Crowe has been arrested at or near Taylor’s home. He was first taken into custody on Saturday and again on Monday evening. During today’s arrest, Crowe told the police that he was from Seattle and was planning to take a flight back home. However, no evidence of this trip was found by law enforcement.

What makes this latest arrest more alarming is that Taylor Swift is currently in NYC. She was seen out on the town on Tuesday night with Brittany Mahomes and Cara Delevingne. It remains unclear if she was inside her residence when Crowe was taken into custody, but she was out of town during the previous arrests.

Authorities are concerned about Crowe’s fixation on Taylor Swift and his inability to stay away from her residence. One law enforcement source has described him as “aware of what he’s doing and articulate.” They are doing everything they can to protect Taylor from this persistent stalker.
