A Frontier Airlines passenger is facing charges after allegedly pulling down her underwear in the plane’s aisle and threatening to kill fellow passengers. Dulce Huertas, 60, has been charged with simple assault, interference with a flight crew, and indecent exposure. According to an affidavit filed by an FBI special agent, Huertas had consumed two alcoholic drinks during the flight from Orlando to Philadelphia last November. As the plane was about to land, she stood up and yelled and cursed at a flight attendant who told her to sit down. After the plane landed, Huertas attempted to rush off but was stopped by flight attendants. At that point, she allegedly squatted in the aisle as if to urinate. Huertas then tried to deplane and threatened to kill multiple passengers. If found guilty, she could face up to 21 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $355,000 fine. Frontier Airlines declined to comment on the incident.
