On Saturday night, NBA player Steph Curry achieved something he has only done once before in his life — he scored 60 points in a single game. Coincidentally, actress Lindsay Lohan and her husband were in attendance and became the recipients of Curry’s milestone. After the game, Curry gifted Lohan and her husband his jersey as a token of his achievement.
Despite Curry’s impressive performance, his team, the Warriors, lost to the Hawks in overtime with a final score of 134-141. However, Curry’s accomplishment secured him a spot in NBA history as one of only ten players to have scored 60 points or more at least twice.
Lohan and her husband were seated courtside in Atlanta, witnessing Curry’s remarkable game firsthand. Afterward, Curry signed his jersey and presented it to Lohan, including a special inscription dedicated to her one-year-old child, Luai. It turns out that Curry and his wife Ayesha are the godparents of Luai, hence the connection between the basketball player and the actress. Interestingly, Lohan and Ayesha starred together in a film titled “Irish Wish,” set to be released on Netflix on March 15.
Despite the loss for Curry’s team, congratulations poured in for his extraordinary 60-point accomplishment, as well as for his touching gesture towards Luai.
