Diddy Lists L.A. Mansion for $70M Following Federal Raid, Plans Permanent Move

Additional Coverage:

Hip-hop mogul Diddy is reportedly looking to sell his lavish Holmby Hills estate in Los Angeles, eyeing a substantial profit. Acquiring the property for $40 million in 2014, he’s now aiming to sell it for around $70 million, despite experts suggesting that price might be overly ambitious.

The mansion recently became a site of controversy following a Homeland Security raid in March. The operation, part of an investigation into allegations of human trafficking and other offenses, saw agents dismantling parts of the house to seize electronics and other materials as evidence.

Currently, Diddy appears set on leaving Los Angeles behind; he has no plans to seek another residence in the city. Recently, he’s been spending much of his time in Miami and was spotted engaging in river rafting in Jackson Hole, Wyoming over the last weekend.

As proceedings continue, a grand jury is now reviewing evidence related to the case, though it remains unclear when a decision on any potential indictments will be reached.
