Taylor Swift Celebrates Dancer Kameron Saunders’ Birthday During ‘Eras Tour’ Concert

Additional Coverage:

Taylor Swift celebrated the birthday of her dancer Kameron Saunders in a memorable way during her Eras Tour performance in Hamburg, Germany. While performing “Bejeweled” on Tuesday, July 23, Swift took a moment to wish Saunders a heartfelt “Happy Birthday, Kam!” before running over to hug him as the song ended.

The official Eras Tour social media also acknowledged the moment, posting a birthday greeting for Saunders who has become known for his engaging stage presence since the tour began in March 2023.

Saunders, originally from St. Louis, Missouri, has made a name for himself in the dance world as a dancer, choreographer, and creative director, and is unique in having a speaking part during the tour.

A week earlier, Saunders had a playful interaction with Swift during “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” that nearly caused the singer to break into laughter. The incident occurred when Saunders assisted Swift with her jacket and playfully interacted with her, drawing cheers from the audience.

In another notable stage moment, Saunders, along with fellow dancer Jan Ravnik and Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, appeared in a skit together. The connection between Saunders and Kelce goes back to when Saunders’ brother, Khalen Saunders, played with Kelce on the Chiefs.

Following that performance, Saunders reflected on the experience as a “full circle” moment, a sentiment Kelce echoed in a comment on Saunders’ social media, expressing his fondness for the Saunders brothers and recalling fond memories with their family.

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour continues throughout the year, wrapping up its European leg on August 20 at London’s Wembley Stadium.
