David Allen, known online as “ToTouchAnEmu,” has revealed the tragic news that his infant daughter, Lily Grace, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on July 27. The TikTok influencer shared the devastating update on his social media platforms, expressing his profound grief over the loss.
Lily Grace, who was only five weeks old, died at midnight, according to Allen. He explained that he delayed sharing the news publicly as he grappled with his emotions.
In a heartfelt statement, Allen said, “I have cried every tear I can possibly cry. It’s not easy.
I don’t wish this on anybody.”
David and his wife, Jessica, had joyfully announced the arrival of Lily Grace on June 21. At that time, the couple shared their happiness on Instagram, with David humorously noting his plans to create ‘content’ featuring his daughter.
Recently, Allen posted a video on TikTok showing Lily Grace watching “Technology Connections” on YouTube, a departure from the typical baby favorite “Ms. Rachel.”
In closing his message, Allen urged his followers to cherish their loved ones and consider making a donation to Dallas Children’s Hospital in memory of Lily Grace. He also mentioned that a memorial service for Lily Grace is scheduled for Tuesday, requesting privacy by asking those not invited not to attend.
The family has not disclosed the cause of Lily Grace’s sudden death.
