Christina Haack and Josh Hall’s divorce proceedings are advancing, as the pair have come to a temporary agreement regarding their properties. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Christina will retain possession of their Newport Beach house and a Nashville apartment for the time being.
Josh, meanwhile, will have access to their home in Franklin, TN, whenever it isn’t rented out. Financially, Josh has agreed to repay the money he transferred to himself back in early July. Christina had alleged that he moved $35,000 to his account post-separation to cover rental property expenses.
As part of the temporary arrangement, Christina will also provide Josh with a $100,000 advance to cover his own needs, including bills and legal fees. It’s important to note that these agreements are not final, and the divorce is still not complete. This is just a provisional settlement to deal with immediate issues.
The couple’s divorce has been turbulent since it commenced in July, with accusations flying back and forth. Christina has suggested that Josh is seeking a hefty settlement from her. Attempts to reach out to both Josh and Christina for comments have so far been unsuccessful.
