Jennifer Lopez is eyeing a new mansion after her split from Ben Affleck, and it’s a well-known property in Los Angeles. Buying this home, however, won’t be straightforward.
Sources inform TMZ that J Lo is negotiating to acquire the Azria Estate in Holmby Hills and is on the brink of finalizing a deal.
This 30,000-square-foot estate is listed at $55 million, although Jennifer is reportedly trying to lower that to between $30 million to $39 million.
The property, formerly owned by late BCBG founder Max Azria, boasts 14 bedrooms, sits on a 3-acre lot, and features gardens, a greenhouse, a guest house, an infinity pool with a sauna, an in-home theater, and a game room.
There is one complication: the Azria Estate was auctioned earlier this year, and billionaire investor Ron Burkle placed the winning $30 million bid. Burkle is now embroiled in a lawsuit with Max Azria’s widow, Lubov Azria, over an alleged breach of contract.
This legal entanglement has been unfolding since May. Our sources say J Lo renewed her interest in August and has toured the property multiple times in recent weeks.
Jennifer is negotiating with both Burkle and Lubov Azria to possibly finalize a purchase.
Jennifer Lopez has a couple of connections to the Azria Estate: it was a filming location for her movie “Atlas,” and she had previously toured it in March 2023 with Ben while house hunting.

The estate shares a property line with Diddy’s house, recently listed for $61 million, and has neighbors like Tom Ford, Sean Parker, and Jimmy Iovine.
