Diddy’s Bail Proposal Bans Female Visitors

Additional Coverage:

Sean "Diddy" Combs’ lawyers are again seeking bail for him, offering to limit his contact with most women and undergo weekly drug testing.

However, prosecutors argue that Diddy is too dangerous to be released, citing his alleged obstruction of justice and flight risk. They also express concerns about his potential drug use and "freak parties."

Diddy’s team has proposed restricting his visitors to family, caretakers, and non-co-conspirators, and providing a daily log of visitors to the government. They emphasize that he will avoid contact with potential witnesses.

The indictment against Diddy alleges that his "Freak Off" parties were fueled by drugs, and prosecutors found drugs in his hotel room upon his arrest.

Diddy’s bail offer remains unchanged at $50 million, secured by his Miami mansion and his mother’s home.

A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday to determine whether bail will be granted. Diddy is currently being held at MDC Brooklyn pending his trial.
