Missing Cat Travels 900 Miles, Reunited with Family
A beloved cat named Rayne Beau embarked on an extraordinary journey, disappearing from his family’s campsite in Yellowstone National Park and traveling over 800 miles.
Benny and Susanne Anguiano were heartbroken when their cat vanished into the wilderness. After searching desperately, they left Yellowstone with heavy hearts, fearing the worst.
But fate had a different plan. Sixty days later, they received a message that Rayne Beau had been found at an animal shelter in California. His microchip, registered with PetWatch, led to his identification.
How Rayne Beau managed to traverse such a vast distance remains a mystery. He had lost significant weight, suggesting a challenging ordeal.
Despite the challenges, Rayne Beau is now safely home, playing with his twin sister and resting. The Anguianos are grateful for his return and encourage pet owners to microchip their animals.
While the family is eager to solve the mystery of Rayne Beau’s journey, they are also determined to continue camping, now equipped with a global tracker for their intrepid feline.
