Pfeiffer, Kelley Team Up After 31 Years

Additional Coverage:

Hollywood couple Michelle Pfeiffer and David E. Kelley are set to collaborate on a new TV series for the first time since their marriage in 1993.

Pfeiffer will star in "Margo’s Got Money Troubles" alongside Elle Fanning and Nicole Kidman. Kelley will serve as showrunner, writer, and executive producer.

The series is based on Rufi Thorpe’s novel and follows Margo Millet, a college student and single mother who turns to OnlyFans for financial support. Pfeiffer will portray Margo’s mother, Shyanne, while Kidman will reportedly play a mediator between Margo and her child’s father.

Pfeiffer and Kelley have been cautious about working together, valuing their marriage over professional collaborations. Pfeiffer believes Kelley excels at writing for women but fears that combining work and home life could strain their relationship.

The couple has two children, Claudia Rose and John Henry Kelley.
