Autumn Crittendon, known from MTV’s “16 & Pregnant,” has passed away at the age of 27 due to an accidental overdose.
Cause of Death
According to the Virginia Department of Health, Crittendon died from toxicity caused by fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl, both synthetic opioids.
