A Dodgers fan suffered a horrific injury while lighting a firework during a World Series celebration in downtown Los Angeles.

The incident occurred minutes after the Dodgers’ victory in Game 5. A man wearing a Clayton Kershaw jersey was captured on video with a lit firework in his hand. Moments later, it detonated, causing a fireball to engulf him.

The man stumbled away from the explosion, with one of his hands appearing to be missing several digits. Bystanders rushed to his aid and called for help.
