Diddy’s Mansion Fails to Sell

Additional Coverage:

Music mogul Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion has failed to attract any serious buyers since it hit the market two months ago. Sources say only a handful of potential buyers have even toured the property.

One couple reportedly found the mansion “creepy” and left in a hurry. Insiders speculate that allegations against Diddy, including both civil and criminal charges, have created a negative perception of the property.

Moreover, real estate agents believe Diddy’s asking price of $61.5 million is unrealistic. They argue that the mansion is not worth nearly that amount.

As the holiday season approaches, the real estate market typically slows down, making it even less likely that Diddy will find a buyer.

Despite the lack of interest, one realtor noted that the Menendez murder house in Beverly Hills recently sold. However, the murders in that case occurred 35 years ago, while the allegations against Diddy are still fresh.

With Diddy facing legal challenges, it may be time for him to consider a significant price reduction to sell the property.
