Child Support Ordered for Jordana Brewster’s Ex-Husband
Andrew Form, the ex-husband of actress Jordana Brewster, has been ordered to pay $32,500 per month in modified child support. He must also make a one-time payment of $100,000 within 10 days.
The couple, who married in 2007, share two sons: Julian and Rowan. They welcomed their children via surrogacy.
Brewster filed for divorce in 2020 and has since married businessman Mason Morfit. Form has also remarried and recently welcomed a baby with his wife, Alexandra Daddario.
Brewster and Form reached a shared custody agreement in April, giving Brewster custody of the children during the week and Form visitation on weekends. As part of the agreement, the children will remain in the Santa Barbara area, allowing Form access. Form will also receive a housing allowance from Brewster for up to three years.
Brewster has been open about her surrogacy journey, discussing her feelings of loss and a sense of being different from other mothers.
