Carville: Hostin’s View question sums up Harris’ campaign struggles

Additional Coverage:

Democratic strategist James Carville believes Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign failed because she could not clearly distinguish herself from President Biden.

In an interview on “The View,” Harris was asked how she would differ from Biden’s presidency. She struggled to answer, leading Carville to conclude that she “froze.”

Carville believes that Harris’ inability to articulate a clear vision for her presidency cost her the election. He pointed to the fact that 65% of Americans want a change, but Harris failed to offer them anything different.

Hostin’s question on “The View” proved to be a turning point for Harris’ campaign, according to Carville. He believes her inability to answer it signaled to voters that she was not qualified to be president.

Carville also highlighted Harris’ failure to make any significant changes to Biden’s policies. He believes that voters wanted something new and different, but Harris did not offer them that.
