In just three days, Britney Spears will end her child support payments to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
Spears has been making bi-monthly payments of $10,000 for her youngest son, Jayden James, who recently turned 18. Her final payment will be made on Friday, November 15th.
Britney’s lawyer and Federline’s attorney agreed earlier this year that child support would end in November, coinciding with Jayden’s high school graduation.
Despite a long estrangement, Jayden has recently returned to California and has reportedly met with his mother a few times.
Spears and Federline originally agreed to $20,000 per month in child support, which was later increased to $40,000 when Federline became the primary caretaker.
As of Friday, Spears will no longer have to pay child support, and it remains to be seen whether she will develop a new relationship with her now-adult children.
