Exclusive Miami Plot for Sale Near Jeff Bezos’ Estate
A sprawling 1.84-acre plot adjacent to Jeff Bezos’ properties in Miami’s ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Island is now on the market for $200 million.
Known as the “Billionaire Bunker,” Indian Creek is home to notable figures like Tom Brady and Jared Kushner. Bezos himself recently purchased three properties on the island.
The unidentified sellers, represented by broker Ilya Reznik, are open to price negotiations. Reznik believes the proximity to Bezos’ estate will drive the price up.
The land offers 200 feet of Biscayne Bay waterfront, allowing the owner to build a dock for a 180-foot megayacht. Reznik has pre-designed plans for a 25,000-square-foot estate on the property.
