Civil rights leader Al Sharpton is advocating for companies to maintain diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices. He plans to support businesses committed to DEI by organizing “buy-cotts” encouraging people to purchase their products.
Rev. Sharpton recently discussed the issue on TMZ Live, addressing former President Trump’s efforts to discourage DEI initiatives in both government and private sectors.
